Prior to beginning her coaching and consulting practice, Susie spent 30 years as an educator and finished her career as a successful campus administrator. Her career in public education was devoted to excellence in teaching and learning and she achieved this through building relationships in order to build capacity.

Tracie continues to strengthen and support the development of power, presence, and awareness in leaders in collaboration with industry leaders including Marsha Clark & Associates, Power+Systems, Inc., Entelechy and Lumina Learning. As a certified facilitator for Lumina Learning’s Spark and Emotion tools Tracie can provide her clients with a deeper understanding of their personality, traits, and emotional intelligence strengths and opportunities for development.

Anne was the CEO of her family business and was past chair of the Board of Directors of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science. She is a founding faculty member of the Knowles Johnson Institute of Graduate Studies in Massachusetts.
