Coaching is provided on an hourly fee basis and includes hourly coaching, scheduling of coaching calls, and periodic feedback requests for continuous improvement
Marsha Clark & Associates will invoice a single point of contact in your organization summarizing all coaching services provided on a monthly basis.

Certifications – Instruments & Assessments

Various instruments and assessments may be used in conjunction with coaching. If 360 Degree Feedback is desired, there are additional fees. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon in the coaching contracting phase.

Workshop Options & Fees

The following table provides high-level, relevant information regarding the workshop options offered in this proposal. As you can see, we have a wide variety of workshops that are geared to deliver considerable learning opportunities in the areas of leadership, professional, and interpersonal skills development. Fees attached to these workshops are broken into half-day and full-day pricing. If there is a per participant fee, it covers the out-of-pocket expenses related to certifications, royalties or material expenses such as instrumentation or books in support of the workshop.

Keynote Presentation Event Options & Fees

Each of these keynote presentation programming events is suitable for women who are both individual performers and leaders in their organizations. Our intention with each of these events is for participants to leave with at least one tool or technique that they can put into use immediately – often in both their personal as well as their professional lives. These programming events are designed to be powerfully delivered in 90 minutes. Each presentation is very interactive with small group exercises, role plays, and ample opportunity for dialogue and sharing.

The Power of Self Program Fees

Cost includes delivery of program content, online assessments, and all collateral materials used in the modules along with 20 hours of individual coaching support during the 12-month program.

Meals are included in the registration fees. Transportation and lodging costs are not included in the registration fees.

Seating is limited to 24 participants and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

A deposit of $2500 is required by July 1, 2012 to reserve a seat.
