Powerful Women Are ...
This presentation provides women an opportunity to explore their feelings about power, what it means to be powerful and powerless, and to develop insights into their power sources and power outages. The focus is on our 'inside-out' power, power within – compared to 'power over' or even 'power with.' This session is highly interactive and allows women to share information, opening up new possibilities around optimizing their power.
Key Learning Points:
Discovering your underlying beliefs about powerful as well as powerless men and women and to explore the differences.
Discovering the many sources of power available to us – from our own experiences as well as those of other women.
Raising awareness about our feelings of powerlessness and to explore power sources that can be brought to bear to reinforce our power.
