Deanna is founder and principal of SullivanSolutions which specializes in enhancing both corporate and individual business performance via customized solutions including risk assessment, process improvement, expectation management and corporate communications. Deanna is an experienced facilitator and trainer. She has prepared and conducted numerous training programs for both technical and management development. She is a frequent speaker for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and various community organizations in the Houston and Dallas areas.

Deanna was formerly a partner with Arthur Andersen where her most recent role was Global Director of Process and Methodology for Andersen's Risk Consulting practice. She had responsibility for the development of competencies such as customer care, supply chain, human resources, and facilitation; the risk consulting methodologies; and all related training. Deanna led the development effort for the firm's Business Self-Assessment methodology and supporting tools. She also developed Andersen's Quality Assurance Review methodology and the Global Best Practices for Internal Audit.

Prior to 1994, Deanna was responsible for international and operational auditing at Enron Corp in Houston, Texas and Maxus Energy (formerly Diamond Shamrock Corporation) in Dallas, Texas. She has over 20 years experience in internal audit, risk assessment, information systems, accounting, international auditing, investigations, and consulting.

Deanna is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. She is a member of the Board of Governors for the Houston Chapter of the IIA, former Vice President of the Houston Chapter, member of the IIA International Conference Committee and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
