Judith has been working in the field of human relations development and applied behavioral sciences since 1964. She has held positions of educator, trainer, counselor, team leader, entrepreneur, manager, director, executive, mentor, coach, facilitator, administrator, department head, and board member. In 1981, Judith became president of Seapoint Consulting Corporation, an organization and management consulting firm with offices in Maine and California.
Judith's current activities include working with women's empowerment and building personal mastery; and more broadly, helping organizations meet the challenges of a changing work environment and more successfully employing an increasingly diverse workforce. Her work with national and global organizations includes leadership skills development, organization-culture change, and enhancing team performance. She is particularly interested in cross cultural applications and leadership practices of women and men in the workplace. Judith has studied and worked with leaders and their organizations in Africa, India, China, Australia and New Zealand, Israel, Western and Eastern Europe, and throughout North America.
Judith is a core-faculty in the Psychology Master's Degree in OD at Sonoma State University in California; and is a guest trainer for Stanford University's Graduate School of Business's interpersonal dynamics program. She is a founder and co-director of LUNA, LLC Institute for Women's Leadership and Learning; and founder/core faculty of: Araņa, a Web of Women Leaders, Women's Leadership Collaborations/West, and StrongHold (providing education to the GLBT communities). Judith's commitment to realizing women's potential continues through her workshops, programs, and writing - including Ways of Women: Roots of Female Leadership; Waking Up to Purpose; and Aging Well.

Judith is a certified MBTI coach and teacher, providing advanced applications consulting through the Center for Applications of Psychological Type.
